Mappy, I think you're looking at two parts there. I replaced them on my 34 Calif a couple years ago.

There's a flange which is about 4 inches square with 4 holes at the corners and a male nipple welded to it. The other portion is the elbow like shown in Island Cessna's post. The image shows a female thread connection and a male nipple threaded in place.

Check out TAD Reference # 4-236-03 for the elbow. I'm almost positive that's what I ordered for my 4.236 and it worked great.

I had the flanges manufactured locally by a welder from black steel nipple and flat stock. I think someone was selling them online for $300-350 each. I had them made for a fraction of that. It's not necessary to make them out of stainless. The rest of the exhaust system is black steel, too. The originals lasted me 32 years...I expect the replacements to do the same.
