We had a leak during the winter that dripped on my Sunbrella fabric settee covers. The mildew on them is very bad. I tried washing them in Oxyclean - doesn't work. I hesitate to use Clorox because I don't want to bleach the color out of them. What do you suggest?

I haven't found anything that will completely get mildue stains out of Sunbrella although their website is very helpful.

Sun and bleach will do it, but essential to apply something like 303 when done and dry.

I have used Starbrite Mildew Stain Remover with good success.

Bleach works fine on Sunbrells, if you call them they will tell you more is actually better!

This worked really well for me.

I put 3 gallons of water in a 5 gal pail and a half cup of bleach. Submerge sunbrella in this for 30 min, remove, rinse, let dry. Gets em nice and clean - all mildew gone.
