What is best way to send yourself something (Amazon for example) when in a remote city (Juneau for example)? Will the marina office always be OK if we send something to ourselves at their address?

Many thanks

I have always talked to the folks in the marina office first. They my have a different mailing address than you get from somewhere else. Heck, I've even had them call me when the package arrives.

Check first, but most marinas will except small deliveries. If not get a short term box at the local Postal Annex.

I'm also hearing something about Amazon.com and 7-11 working together on deliveries

For USPO mail "General Delivery" XYZ post office ," Hold for Arrival " works fine.

Marinas will usually receive for you if notified in advance.

Not sure if Amazon will do this but I've had packages sent to me and held at the UPS depot. Just had to go pick it up.
As far as marinas you need to ask. Or you could put in the address with the slip number.
