I have a 1978 CHB tri-cabin. The aft head looks like it was assembled first and then the whole thing installed in the boat. My problem is that the cold water faucet leaks water onto the counter top. There doesn't seem to be water leaking under the counter onto the floor or into the bilge. There is no access to the faucet. I'm looking for ideas. I'm thinking of cutting an inspection hole into the panel right in front of the faucets, but I'd love it if someone had a better idea. Thanks. Jeff

Jeff, you can do a cutout under the settee that cant be seen, it still will require some creative contortionism to work on the faucet, I did this this winter to install a new freshwater head that needs a pressurized supply, good luck

Pictures would help.

Are you sure you just don't take the hand off and pull out the valve assembly to clean and rebuild it?

Thanks Capt. Bill

I've taken the handle off and the faucet seems to be one piece with no removeable valve.
