Ahoy there

Thanks for allowing us to become part of this group. My wife and I are avid inland sailors quickly advancing towards retirement. We have thought long and hard about retiring to a liveaboard on a trawler somewhere on the left coast. One of our children lives in Portland and we love sailing in the San Juan Islands. The Pacific Northwest seems like a good possibility, but would enjoy the option of venturing further South during the winter.

Looking forward to learning much just by observing. Don't know enough about powerboats to ask questions, just yet.
