PERMATEEK Deck overlay

I am contemplating replacing my "non skid" painted areas, boarding platform, cockpit floors, wheelhouse floors, with a synthetic teak overlay product branded PERMATEEK. My query is has anyone used this product and what are the pro's and cons, horror stories or praise!! :blush:

IF you want no skid TREADMASTER is the glue on world standard.

But pretty it isnt!

If it i similar to Flexiteek, and it looks like it is, then it is quite a good deck covering, looks nice, but does get hot underfoot when in sun.
Certainly looks good, is very weather-proof, and not cheap - but cheaper than the real thing, of course.

I'm looking into PlasDeck. They offer premade decking made from a template you send them. Seems to be pretty good for DIYers.
