That I plan to figure out! I always assume loose ends = 10k if lucky:rofl::rofl:
 
You'll spend 10K no matter what you buy. That boat looks good in the pictures. Very nice aft cabin mods. Check the fuel tanks and water tanks. Check for any water intrusion around the windows (not expensive to fix but time consuming and disruptive). I can't tell from the pictures what shape the deck is in but it looks like all the outside teak has been removed and it looks very clean.

Check all up under every window for leaks. Very typical for Marine Traders. Already listed about the seacocks. Check tanks for rust/leaks. Check electricals for generations of wire installs. My boat has tons of wire spaghetti that go nowhere.
