Maybe you're right.
The boat was surveyed 6 years ago when I bought it, so the survey is not really old.
The boat was on land and when I tried to insure they said that because the surveyor said the rudder box needed an adjustment they wouldn't write a policy. Even though the boat was on the hard for the winter. Common sense is not very common at all.
