Emails and links

I have 2 little problems on this particular site.
a) I never get an email related to a new post on a thread.
b) If I post a link it does not work as a link.

Check your profile settings, I know you can set your profile to email you when you get private messages. Also you can set it for a daily digest, does that help?

Links should work fine if you copy and paste them exactly as they are in your browser. Be sure to leave the underline on them when you paste, this makes it a direct*link to the web site.

See above link copy and paste, can't be simpler than that
Digest info also above set to daily.
I tried all settings, daily montlhy no digest nothing works I just don't get emails.

I just copy directly from my browser and paste into a message, are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox?

Did youhave spam filtering or*look in your spam folder for the email?

Firefox.
Spam filter is empty.
