Lots of action this year from BC's central coast on up to Alaska. Place is going to be jumping if several parts unzip together!

Kitimat, where I live, sits in the widest valley that cuts through the Coast Range north of the Fraser River (the Kitsumkalum-Kitimat Trough), has at least four hot springs and a lava cone all on its eastern margin, and a 40 mile recently discovered fault line running straight up Douglas Channel. We bought earthquake insurance this year!

Heard about it but didn't feel a thing.
I could have been driving. Several friends were talking about it.
No damage. We get 3 or 4 bumps a year.
Over the years I have seen several Volcanos go off dumping tons of ash. I had at least a 1/4" on my truck one time.
The price of living in Alaska.
