RabbitTV for the computer?

Has anyone tried this out? For $10 a year, it claims to bring all kinds of TV channels to your computer. Would be a helluva lot cheaper than satellite if it worked.

You can also get Hulu for free and there's Verizon, Netflix, and Direct (if you have accounts or can get account info) that all stream on the internet.

The problem we are having is many marinas don't have the bandwidth (I think) to support streaming/hoggy sites. Some marinas have been fine but even here at the Megadock in Charleston, SC...50 feet from their antenna and using my external amplified Wifi antenna...we just barely can load up the internet most of the time...can't at peak times and never could stream well.
