Wow that is a project. You must have patience!!
My father-in-law rebuilt many wooden boats and then glassed them afterwards. One time he had all the planks off and had replaced several ribs but needed a hand to retrofit the new stem. He asked if I would lift the front end a bit so he could reposition it a bit so thinking it was heavy I leaned into it and lifted. Well wouldn't you know I flattened the entire project. There wasn't anything that was vertical. I was expecting him to take a rib and crack me one but instead he said nothing other than perhaps we should start picking it up.
The long and short of it all, he finished the rest by himself and it floated just fine..
