What's wrong with the beer?? It's not even open!! ;)

Ahhhh. We don't splash for a couple weeks yet but it's getting closer.

Reminds me of another forum - BE, that had a "lunch view" thread with hundreds of pictures. It was was awesome to see the global response and diverse views.

Yes, I'm hoping others will contribute their current flybridge pics.

Hopefully this qualifies. No real flybridge on my boat, but it's a nice view from the helm complete with coffee on the helm and morning dew still on the solar panels (taken last fall).

First cruise of the season overnighting at Potters Cove. Enjoying the waves lapping the hull. Bit chilly though

In and out of fog all day (mostly in), but caught a nice view of Mt Fairweather. Sun will be setting soon.

Early Morning Vibe in the Cockpit. Apologies for the slight thread drift

No flybridge, so this was the view from the deck today. A record for us in terms of range of age for the crew, this four-generation crew ranged in age from 8 months to 92 years!

Snapped these from the helm on our way home from the weekend yesterday. Perfect travel day on Lake Ontario, seas were a nice, comfortable 1 - 3 inches (at least until the last few miles of slogging through endless wakes on top of wakes plus a light chop from some very local wind).

Thanks, we had great trip and had a great experience, biggest problem we had was our VHF quit working on day one.

I carry a handheld as a backup. Rarely gets used but cheap insurance. also easy to take on a dink ride, etc... Many are now floatable, some have GPS, etc. All for around $100 or less. I bought this or something very similar because it transmits at up to 6W of power. You could probably get by using this as your primary VHF in most situations like hailing a marina or nearby boat.
