exhaust hose leak in transom thru-hull

We have a Bluewater 51 coastal cruiser with a great deal of large
diesel engine thrust pressure on a stiff exhaust hose that we cannot clamp down. (of course there is little space at the site where the leak is at the transom at the stiff hose to rigid F/G and the great thrust is hard on it).
What I want to know is if there is a HD marine grade exhaust hose clamp for a 6" wet exhaust hose. We cannot draw it down with screw clamps, (and then too, this might just be transferring the problem to somewhere else).
We are in the Bahamas, so may have to use rubber innertube on it. Has anyone out there had any experience with this kind of problem? We welcome any possible solutions...even if temporary until we can get her hauled out onto the dry. Thank you fellow members for your kind consideration!

If the hose and connection are actually ok you may need something like a T Bolt clamp. This is an example

Yes, T bolt clamp is what I would use.

Thank you so much Ken...this large & sturdy bolt clamp looks like it might just solve our exhausting exhaust hose leak. AND we were able to locate a nearby little hardware store here in our remote little Bahs Lah-Lah-Land island that says they have one! Wow!

Better buy it and then see if they have the 6 inch reinforce hose too or maybe they can source if for you.

Yes, I know it is illegal but maybe you, can satisfy his small shopping list. You dont want a fork lift to get the part off the boat.

Replace the hose clamp with 2 hose clamps.

Years ago there was a whole lot more swapping happening. Domestic beer and disposable diapers were the 'hot' items.
