I have never seen a published list of location(s) for the 2nd HIN.
It can be very hidden as under / behind equipment etc.
It may not have a 2nd HIN for that V era
Do I understand correctly that the plate it still attached?
Is it whole or possible the end has broken off? Is there room to add / engrave a I ?
Is Is state registered or Documented?
What paperwork is available with HIN?
