Just joined the Trawler Forum and looking forward to meeting new boater friends. We've been long-time sailors but just sold our sailboat and planning to move to the "dark side". Based on our current search, we are focusing on Nordic tugs (37ish) and American tugs (36ish) but other tugs and trawlers are certainly on our list. Basic requirements: diesel(s), thrusters, and 2 staterooms (for grandkids). (Yes, we know that Nordic and American tugs are built in Washington state where we live...) If anyone knows of a well-cared-for tug in the 35-40 foot range, please let me know.

American Tugs and Nordic Tugs are great boats. You may want to include North Pacific trawlers in your search as well. Well made boats with excellent support from the manufacturer, even used.
