We have a couple of places like that here locally on the Chesapeake Bay. Back in the day, I would've been in the middle of that fun. Nowadays, we're quite content to anchor on the outskirts and watch the drunkeness, partying & debauchery from the flybridge. I'm a little older and a lot smarter now.
