The leak is coming from behind the forward and reverse control arm?

How do I fix
 
That depends upon where it is coming from, very exactly.

Basically my best present guess from the description is to remove the control valve and change the o-ring.
 
Yup. The two parts I pointed out and the instructions sdowney717 posted. The original is the key part, the other is a just in case part.
 
Putting some pet. jelly on the detent ball makes it easier to reassemble.
