As it would go after I did all the work on the boat I went down to relax and watch the sunset and have a cold brew.... well dang the frig quit warm beer. After replacing it i was gonna have to change the front panel out anyway so I decided I would make my own instead of reusing the old Formica panel. Last month was cold and rainy and I wanted a project to get me out the house last weekend. here are the custom inlay panels coated in west system and clear coat.

WOW!! Beautiful nautical accents panels. Nice touch!

Mike,
Looks great, they really pop! Makes you look forward to the next blender drink!

I just put stickers from our various ports of call on the Norcold, not worthy!

Curious about your ice maker (without making too much thread drift)..

Is it 115V or 12V power, any idea how much power it consumes over a daily cycle of drink-making?

I converted a large topside Igoo cooler to 'fridge/freezer last year. I'm still a ice cube tray boater.

115 VAC No idea on Power consumption. I will try to figure it out.

Beautiful work. So pretty!

Come on down to Waterways Marina near Aventura FL. I'll give you a free slip while you work on two panels for me. LOL

looks to be a Uline... They are awesome and make ice fast... You can probably find what you're looking for here... If you're patient decent used ones tend to pop up for around $300-$600...

Just saw this https://newlondon.craigslist.org/bpo/d/waterford-line-ice-maker/7321256089.html today on Craigslist Southeastern CT, Shipping would probably eat up any savings on initial price.

I think its this one

they are pricey but worth the money if you want ice. Our boat came with it.

One cleaver trick we had done is run the unit with the arm up not making ice and used it as a secondary freezer.

Just my luck.
If I do not have a renter in my 75ft slip and you are looking for place to avoid the law, the offer is still open. Pisses off the the dock master because I rent it out for far less than the going rate.
If you are staying less than a week, on your way to the islands I think we can work a deal.....

If that thing is available and in good working order, that's a STEAL!!! :) UPS shipping wouldn't be that bad... Probably less than $100 or so for ground freight...

Change out the front panel and have it serviced at a shop and you got a great little unit!
