West Marine nearby? Most locations have a section of wire, crimps and a crimping too. You buy the wire you need and crimps, then use the crimping tool. You usually have to do the crimps yourself.

I'm the 3rd owner of my boat (2000 Grand Banks 42C) and it came with Norscot dripless shaft seals. I've owned her for over 5 years and the Norscot seals have been flawless. They are worth a look....
