cleaning wet teak

The windows leaked on the inside during the winter and now there are water stains on the interior walls. How do I get the stains off without sanding?

Thanks for the info. Did the 1981 Island Gypsy have painted window frames on the outside? There's teak under there, I'm pretty sure. However, scraping and refinishing 11 windows doesn't appeal to me....
