If your boat has a cockpit, the best thing I ever had done to mine was to have a side door cut in and finished. It’s really nice for dinghy access when at anchor, and really convenient for docking!

Re snubbers (bridles?): what do you suggest? I use the large mantus bridle with a 66lb Spade anchor. My second anchor is a similarly sized Excel, would use the same size bridle.
