Beneteau Swift Trawler 44

I have my well-maintained and well-optioned 2015 yacht for sale

Excellent fuel consumption and cruising speeds of 1+ mpg at 23 mph (varying by load, gear, and persons on-board), making it one of the most economical boats in its class, with a full fly bridge! Sleeps 6.

The Basics….

• 675 hours on engines, similar on generator
• 40,000 BTU HVAC upgrade (24,000 in salon, 8,000 per stateroom/bathroom)
• Bow & stern thruster
• I think the boat had every option from Beneteau except the washer/dryer, which honestly their factory option was a bad non-vented one, you can add one, we almost did but much easier to use marina’s
• 3 beds easily handles 6 adults: Master stateroom with its own head, guest stateroom, and pull out couch bed with privacy curtains (great that there is a side door so guests can sleep and you can enter/exit boat)
• Raymarine E Series 127 and 125 MFD with AIS, autopilot, radar, wind transducer, temp transducer, depth transducer, Navionics cartography
• Additional Raymarine screens you can dedicate to autopilot, AIS, depth, etc
• Raymarine VHF at lower helm and fly bridge helm updated to latest firmware fixes hot plugging
• Fusion head units, multiple zones in salon, cockpit, fly bridge, master stateroom, Bluetooth/wireless connectivity
• New ice maker connected to water filtration
• Kenyon electric grill in grill station (also has fridge/freezer and sink)
• Cockpit shower with hot & cold
• City water connection
• Awlwood on all exterior wood
• Spotlight
• TV antenna
• Wine/alcohol storage locker hidden in salon
• Propane oven and stovetop (which we absolutely love – no need to run the generator to cook!!)
• Inverter to run enable AC power without generator
• Main fridge/freezer, in counter fridge, flybridge fridge/freezer, outlet for an additional fridge/freezer
• We have the fly bridge rail canvas enclosures stored, we do not use them
• &more

Upgrades & tweaks:

• whole boat surge protector with remote display
• nearly 1,000 aH custom house battery bank
• battery monitor system
• custom battery charger setup
• galvanic isolator
• Engine racor overhaul, cleaned, drain valve installed
• Generator racor replaced with updated style to make checks, draining, replacement easier
• antennas and wired for whole boat internet system both wifi WAN and cellular
• custom exterior window shades that make a huge difference on hot days and protect the interior from UV, also act as bug screen
• custom port hole bug screens
• all exterior covers are new IIRC
• updated dinghy lift
• tons of extra beneteau/custom bedding, never used, and stored in bins with silica packets
• bottom paint recently done
• Propane oven and stove top which is awesome
• TV in salon
• TV mount in master stateroom (I can provide a TV if desired)
• Dedicated winter heating electrical circuits for space heaters and engine room heaters
• Exterior outlets that work off inverter
• Outlets/wiring for security cameras
• Flybridge LED lighting
• Inverter
• Toilets all just overhauled
• HVAC units cleaned/overhauled
• Extra HVAC unit in salon
• New ice maker
• New bimini
• Reinforced bimini framing
• Custom bimini cover
• Custom aft cockpit seating cover
• Window defogging system
• Water temperature transducer
• LED anchor lights
• Custom water filtration system for drinking water and ice maker
• Thousands of dollars of spare parts/fluids
• Grill on fly bridge overhauled (Kenyon was having major issues with all their grills)
• All electronics have been updated to latest software (some had to be sent in to Raymarine as end user cannot do on own, such as AIS, VHF, etc)
• Hailer/auto fog horn
• Custom radar mount to improve the radar being pointed up too much (issue on all ST44)
• smoke and CO detectors throughout
• fire extinguishers throughout
• Holding tank vent filtration
• Custom dinghy cover and tie-downs
• Probably a dozen other issues fixed that are pretty much issues all ST44 such as leaking rudder shaft seals, VHF interference issues, HVAC drainage issues, water sump vent issues, water fill hose issues, cockpit speakers replaced, transducer fixed, etc
• All maintenance up-to-date even the tricky stuff that lots of people skip (dripless seals, coolant flush, etc)

Available for additional purchase:

• Custom dog steps to fly bridge (carbon fiber, lightweight that sits right on top of normal steps)
• AB 9 UL Dinghy with 6HP Yamaha
• Awesome mooring/anchor package (or will put the original back… 300 ft chain, huge Mantus anchor, bridle, snubber, chain hook, etc)
• Custom latex mattress in master with custom fillers that makes the bed larger than a king size
• Custom Froli system under master mattress
• Satellite weather hardware available, I never screwed in the antenna but it works, can be installed easily
