The Trawler is located between Guananoque & Rockport ON. The hull & boat were built in 1986 modelled 1987 Labelle 40 Sundeck hardtop running on Volvo TAMD 40 B

Reduced to sell in 2019 40' Trawler $45,000 USD

This is a non-negotiable price and the boat must be paid in full before Nov 30 2019

The only draw back would be the Volvo engines that Volvo no longer support. Parts are hard to find and cost triple that of Cummins or Cats.

I do agree that Volvo original parts can be expensive but they rarely break and there are after market options available.

On the bright side, those engines are all mechanical and not common rail, with all their inherent problems.

Nice vessel. Other than my concern about the Volvo engines it seems like a good deal. Volvo mechanical engines are okay as long as they run. Id have a survey done on the engines to be certain they are in good shape.

Are the Volvo engines turbo or naturally aspirated?

Cheers Lars

That looks to be a beautiful boat, price seems very right also.

Lots of negative talk about the Volvos. All I know is that I have a Volvo automobile and it is still running strong at 300,000 miles. I have had to throw some money at the car itself but not a dime on the engine. It is gas though.

The boat has seen many more upgrades and is now listed with United City Yachts for $74,900 CAD. Contact Adrian from the Kingston, Ontario Canada branch at 613-985-3600

Maybe you should proof your brokers ad on Yachtworld. It states 1 fuel tank for 100 gals whereas your original post indicates 400 gals.

You also might want to post more than 1 photograph on the YW ad. Ad actually has TWO of the same pic on the listing . . .

Just curious, why is the listing price $13,838 usd more today than you were willing to sell it for last November? I'm assuming I'm missing some substantial upgrades in the last 9 months?

Nice looking boat though! Good luck on a quick sale.

$74,000 Canadian is $55,000 USD, so the price has actually dropped $5,000
