40 ft loa twin ford Lehman’s. Full picture album on my profile page. I have done extensive work on this boat over the last 10 years.
New upper deck fibreglass floor and entire flying bridge sealed to the deck with epoxy and glass. Any wood damage was searched out and repaired.
New aluminum hardtop and full canvas room with pontoon boat style seating. Total renovation upstairs worth about $16k...must be seen...doubles the living space.
Lower decks have all been recaulked...a once in 40 year job
New Yamaha 6hp outboard (less than 10 hours) for 11ft zodiac tender
Main cabin has been reconfigured for a couple with 2 hanging closets
Lounge has 3 yr old fridge, 4 burner stove with oven, new cabinet for fridge and microwave and new counter tops all round.
300 gal fresh water and 400 gals fuel
