    • Pertinent maintenance and condition information
    • Exterior picture or pictures
    • Interior picture or pictures (boats)

When your item has sold or the ad is no longer relevant: Please post a Reply to the ad that the item is SOLD or click "Report Post" on post 1 of the thread to ask a moderator to archive the ad.     Be aware that there are unscrupulous folks out there. Avoid any interaction that seems odd to you or �feels� wrong. Inquiries from unknown buyers, buyers �agents� and other non-traditional approaches should be treated with extreme caution.

    Beware of unsolicited contacts offering to put you in touch with someone else who is buying or selling via e-mail or text.

    Hints that you may be dealing with a Scammer:
    • Seller or Buyer approaches you via a direct email or PM and then steers you to an off-site communication method (text or email).

    • Recent forum membership
    • Insists on conducting negotiations via email or text rather than PM
    • Requires payment via Bank Transfer, BitCoin/CryptoCurrency, WesternUnion or other unsecured method.
    • Buyer or Seller suggests Paypal "Friends and Family" payment. Paypal is a good way to arrange payment but an invoice for goods and services should be used rather than "Friends and Family". "Friends and Family" avoids fees BUT there is no recourse if the transaction runs aground. Friends and Family is for gifts only. There is no protection for Friends and Family transactions, so never ever use it to buy something.
    • Declines to allow viewing the item before proceeding with the transaction.

Currently in liveaboard slip at Galveston Yacht Basin - less than 5 minutes from the Gulf
Slip runs through August 2022

USCG Documented
2 cabins
2 heads, both with electric head
Aft head has a shower and tub!
Central Marine A/C plus window unit in aft cabin
120 HP Ford Lehman 6 cyl diesel
Onan generator
Old electronics - but depth finder, GPS, temp gauge, rpm gauge work
AM/FM radio in aft cabin and cockpit
VHF radio in cockpit
2 large water tanks - capacity unknown
large fuel tank - capacity unknown
holding tank - capacity unknown
110v hot water heater
nice, large countertop and deep sink in main cabin
electric 2 burner stove
built in microwave
countertop toaster oven and coffee maker
Hydraulic steering from topside cockpit or station in main cabin
swim ladder and platform

Cruises at ~ 7 knots
Low hours on engine - previous owner left the dock literally 1 time in multiple years, me twice - once to move her to Galveston from League City


I bought her in Nov 2020, was living aboard, did a good bit of work but situation has changed, unfortunately.

Engine and generator oil changed, oil and fuel filters replaced Spring 2021
Marine AC serviced Summer 2021

fwd head manual toilet replaced with electric Summer 2021
fwd head faucet replaced Spring 2021
halogen lights replaced with LED Summer 2021 (still a few to go)
new large screen tv mounted in main cabin Winter 2020/21
cockpit speakers replaced Spring 2021
fwd hatch windows rebedded Spring 2021
upper rail rebedded Spring 2021
new curtains throughout Spring 2021
new lines Spring 2021
new snubbers Summer 2021

Needs:
A good cleaning ;-)
Generator needs new exhaust hose. Previous owner was having it replaced when i bought it, but mechanic doing work was worthless.
a few more halogen lights should be replaced with LED
exterior woodwork should be sanded and varnished or oiled
foredeck over cabin and cockpit sole were both sanded, need new gelcoat (optional, cosmetic)

Needs a new owner who can enjoy her!
