PNW Used Boat Wanted- 45-53'

We are experienced liveaboard cruisers looking for a change of pace (4-1/2 years aboard and 17,000 miles). We intend to continue to use our current boat in Florida in winters (store in summer) and purchase a boat in the PNW for use in summer (store in winter) to explore new waters. We are on a preferred marina waiting list for a 60' slip (as we know zero slip overhang is required) and realize how tight slip availability is.
We know that all boats are a compromise so we are looking at all options in this size range. We really like our GB, but are tiring of outside teak maintenance and would prefer a boat with minimal outside wood to maintain.
PM is preferred or reply here as you see fit. Thanks

I am selling our Selene 47 (LOA 51’) to downsize. Our rental slip in private maria could be available at time of purchase.

Thanks

Yes, we were aboard her with a broker last week. Very nice vessel but as we stated every boat is a compromise. For us, this one did not check all the boxes for our particular wants and needs. Best of luck with the sale, she is well kept and a beautiful vessel.

Interesting...didn’t know anyone had been aboard yet? Thanks for the reply!
