Overall condition is most important... I'm getting too old to take on major projects.
Prefer in this order: Europa, Motor Yacht, Classic.
I know the first two are rare and only the Classic was made in the pre-fiberglass era but I'd definitely consider a woodie "if" she was in really good condition.
Mid Atlantic region preferred but not adverse to some travel for the right boat. Not a trip from the Great Lakes or Texas. Finding most FL boats have been kept uncovered and have taken a beating from the sun.
As of this posting (12/9/21) I've seen everything on Yacht World... lots of leaking decks and trashed fuel tanks.
I'm probably dreaming (at least in this current market) but hoping to find someone lurking in the background that's on the fence about selling.
