WTB: Under $100k (Charleston SC)

Greeting all,
I've been scouring the internet for any trawler, or type that I can locate.

Looking for the following in a trawler.
1. Well taken care of (of course)
2. 2 bedrooms; hoping aft to be bunks
3. Open layout on aft deck (workouts, table, etc)
4. Non turbo is possible
5. Under 40' long
6. Galley down and dinette

If you have anything available or soon to become available, please let me know.

Most trawlers in that size range with 2 cabins either won't have much of a cockpit deck or will have a minimal guest cabin forward. Galley cannot be down because of the engine/mechanical room is in the middle of the boat. Most will have the galley/solon up and cabins down.

You can get most of those things in the 43-ish range (excepting the dinette), though almost everything will have the much preferred queen bed aft. Like GH41, I personally haven't seen a sub-40 like that, especially the galley down/ dinette combo. I'll be interested to see if such a thing exists.

I agree it is rare...esp. when I’m only looking up and down the east coast.

This is an example of what I’m looking for. Seems like a good deal with twin Turbo Lehman’s. I’ve communicated with the broker of this one as it’s only 5 hours away.
