Your local canvas shop! Ask around your marina for recommendations.

It's unlikely you can find an off-the-shelf one to buy. Do as Phil suggests and find a canvas shop to do it. I suggest you have a seat when they give you the quote. It will be ugly.

What part of the US are you from? I know a guy here in the PNW if you are up here.

Just was quoted $16 a square foot for a good bimini out of sunbrella/double sided top of the line vinyl. Didn't ask about the thread but it is important to use the top of the line thread (would have to look up the name)

At $16 per square foot I'm still shopping.

Not sure where you are located..... Leta's Top shop (google it) In the NW just did my fathers CHB 34' full enclosure for $6,000.00 even. He was quoted $11,000 from a local La Conner shop. I enclosed my cockpit Bimini and Leta's charged me $800. Leta's has patterns of different vessels. I know they have all the bayliner patterns, for those here who have a Bayliner.

The zipper thread is the first that has to be replaced. I prefer the nylon fish leader type. The next is the clear plastic as it gets hard/cracks and/or blurry. The canvas it self has lasted 15+ years, but every year, clean with Windex with vinegar and replay water repellant. Our Stern canvas is 15 years old, the plastic on the sunny/weather side has been replaced twice and the non sun/weather side once. Every year zippers have to be repaired. However being a live aboard we are zipping them open closed several times per day. Also make sure they a sized fitted for cold/freezing temps, not warm hot temps, as they will shrink up. Lastly I like the bungee cord hold downs as they stretch/give in the wind, and easier to secure. I had our stern canvas converted to bungee cord.

As mentioned before be sure to be sitting down when they quote the price.
