Do you instal/operating instructions say if it is compatible with Yanmar 4JH series?

out of curiosity...what happens when you don't want them to run as one? For example in an engine out situation or when prop walking?

A sychronizer only works when you turn it on. If it is shut off the engines run as normal.

Give Glendinning a call. They are extremely helpful and supportive.

Glendiinning says it will apply to ALL engines. I believe them.
Thanks for your question.

Howard; You are correct. If desired, just don't switch it to ON.

George; I could not agree more. They were extremely helpful and patient with any call for assistance that I made. Here in the NW we have an especially knowledgeable and helpful Glendinning Tech Rep, who will visit your boat if needed. He is on the road continually to offer his knowledge.

My old Viking has one of GD's synchro sets. Believe it to be close to 40 years old. Performs flawlessly.
