Hi Tom, I sent my contact info in a private message a couple of days ago. Did you receive it?
If you are in the Juneau/Douglass area, you may know the boat. She was "WandererIV", owned by Richard Rountree.

I saw this boat in Sitka last summer. It's very clean and in nice shape. It's obvious Dave has taken good care of her.

Thanks Ken, we love her, but need more room for our grandchildren. They have taken an unanticipated interest in vessel operation, and maintenance....We thought they were only interested in video games....who knew???

Wonderful development!!! You should be so grateful, so many young are not only uninterested in life outside of video games, and eating. No exercise or outdoor activity interest, and if there is it is so scheduled by adults as to be more a military schedule of unending sports filling what should be natural interest Good On You for jumping on the chance to share with your Grands.

Thanks Al. The enthusiasm continues. Our oldest, Lucas accompanied us on the mechanical survey, and sea trial on what may be our next boat.

We have a recent survey for Helen Marie, which is available to share with serious shoppers. There is also available an Alaska Audit, and Cruising Report made by Kevin, and Laura of Slow Boat. This is dated April 15, 2018, and details Helen Marie's suitability for another Alaska trip which we just recently completed arriving back in Anacortes on September 5. An amazing trouble free voyage.

My favourite time of year. Frosty mornings, crisp air, leaves turning, low soft light as the sun sinks lower in the sky, and we saw 15 Humpback Whales 4nm from the marina a couple weekends ago.

Hi Ken, yes indeed. We plan to depart Anacortes in early May. We have family activities in July, so we need to arrive late June (Sitka).
New boat this time, but we think we will be ready. We are in SOCAL until March first, and then we will slowly drive north.
It looks likely that Helen Marie will end up in Bellingham.

I believe the boat will remain in the PNW, and the name will not change😍
