Is that a twin stateroom or single stateroom lay out? Any soft spots? How are the teak decks? When was the last survey? If in the last few years you have a copy?

You mentioned cosmetic issues, what are those?

Single stateroom, the table also turns into a bed. No soft spots and the majority of the teak decks have been removed. The remainder are in good shape. My last survey was 2009 and I can send you a copy if you would like. Cosmetically the boat could use a paint job, mechanically its in great shape. Also I have a bunch of pictures that I can email you a link to if you send your email address.
