I've been reminded by Forum moderators that we need to clarify who owns the boat.
This is our own boat.
We bought this boat last fall to use for cruising north Puget Sound while waiting for a new boat to be built. The boat had been used as liveaboard in its covered slip in Everett Marina. While the boat overall was in excellent condition, some of the mechanical and electrical systems needed upgrades (see the list above). We had time over the last 9 months to work on the boat and were able to get it in “ready to cruise” condition. We have had a good time taking the boat out last fall and this spring and early summer. Our new boat is nearly complete, so we need to reduce the fleet size. This is a nice, comfortable boat ready to use, looking for a new owner.
