Nordic Tug 37 for sale by owner

After much discussion, soul searching, and yes, crying, my wife and I have decided to put Pilitak on the market. She is a 2002 NT37 that is in great condition, and has been lovingly maintained by her current (knowledgeable) owner. Complete maintenance records available from 2016 including annual oil analysis. Maintenance on this boat has been thorough. If anyone is interested in more details, please contact Tom at firehoser75@hotmail.com with your email address and I will send you a spec sheet and a previous listing video from when we purchased her.
Being as we have just come to this decision, I have not yet taken the necessary photos, but will do so shortly. She is currently for sale by owner, and is moored in Nanaimo, BC, Canada.
Currently asking $380,000 Canadian

Good luck on sale, and hope the emotional rollercoaster smooths out quickly.

I now have some new photos of Pilitak as she sits in what I call "winter storage", so pardon the dehumidifiers, open hatches, etc. that may be in the photos. She has not been totally "tidied up".

Pilitak has now sold. The deal just completed.
We had an accepted offer 5 days after posting here and on 2 Nordic Tug websites. I was unbelievably surprised at the number and quality of responses we received. Thanks to all who were interested, and especially to the new owner. My wife and I are sad to see her go, but she is going to another owner who will care for her the way she deserves.

Congratulations
That was a very quick sale, which speaks to the boat and the market.
Just curious, were brokers involved on either side?

That's a nice vessel. Congrats on the sale. Not surprised it was quick because you gave decent info, put up beautiful photos, and that's how you sell a boat.
