Lucky Chucky. I would love seeing pictures. Especially would like to see what the base looks like.

Thanks

How long is the mast and same for boom? I need something to mount on my bulkhead to use to get the dinghy, etc. off the beach. Your thoughts on that use?

The mast & boom are off a Selene 43. It was replaced with a davit crane by the prior owner. For more technical answers to your questions, I would have to ask the yacht broker in San Diego who is holding it in storage.

For a quicker reply, please call me at 310-855-2411.

Thank you.

Guys, here's what I've found out:

• The boom is 4 ½ inches in diameter
• Boom is 11 ‘ long (no mast)
• The boom needs to mount on a vertical surface with a mast above or structure to hold the boom level or elevated for operations. The one electric motor will lift and swing an object raising the boom up and the other electric motor can retrieve objects from the end of the boom.

Hope this helps...

Chucky,

Have you tried listing this on the Selene Owners site, I didn't see it on there.
The winches alone I'd be interested in, just for spares.

Cheers
