Thumbs up Clipper 30

Sure you can buy similar boats for less (not a lot less) but it won't have anything of the following done

Complete refurb in 2015 including:

- complete bilge overhaul, all new bilge pumps and new hoses and new cockvalves and new pumps
- New water and fuel tanks
- New gas hotwater with 240V/engine hot water
- engine out and remount
- New exhaust system
- added bow thruster
- added marine air-conditioning
- added generator
- added new microwave and air fryer oven
- New Dometic fridge
- New battery charger state of the art 2 bank charger
- New 200 Amp battery
- New Start batteries
- added dept sounder
- replaced all fuses and switches
- replaced TV/antennas/radios
- complete repaint in 2 pack paint
- added black water tank
- rebuild the front V-berths in a state room
- added new mattress
- build brand new shower
- brand new toilet system
- reupholstering of all cushions
- rebuild of the main cabin (rot has been fixed)
- replaced bimini
- replaced all covers
- added bow cover
- stripped all teak rails and re oiled
- replaced duck board with new teak
- added teak on cockpit floor
- added BBQ
- added brand new Walker bay dinghy with electric motor/battery
- replaced chrome railing
- replaced old ladder with stainless/teak one

It's actually almost a new boat .
So if you buy a cheaper boat, you will buy potential problems and it will never be that nice unless you spend $200000 as well :

That's a great price for what you get. Looks to be a very nice boat.

I'm tired of fast moves, I've got a slow groove, on my mind.....
I want to spend some time, Not come and go in a heated rush.....
