1984 Lord Nelson Victory Tug 37

This Lord Nelson is a long-range cruiser with a yacht-like interior (900 mile range@ 8 kts.). Her hull was based on the Traditional New England workboat. She has high bulwarks surrounding the entire deck for safety. Only 2 owners. The raised pilothouse is completely enclosed and gives you a full 360 degree of the horizon. The Galley is to port with a spacious main salon aft. Forward the stateroom features a double berth with a separate head and stall shower. There is plenty of storage and space. Vessel has been well equipped with all updated electronic's. Dual Marine AC/Heat. She has been well maintained and loved by her current owner. The interior is well cared for and very clean. Many interesting brass and bronze appointments. Skeg protected running gear. Water delivery can be arranged.

Fuel burn Info: Cruising @ 8 kts consumes 2.5 gal/hr. 1200+ mile range @ 7 knots

I'm not much of a trawler expert but I do know a picture is worth a thousand words. Have any of the engine room you can post?

If you are the broker, you should be a commercial member of TF.

That's cool y'all but can we delay thrusting Chris through atop a pike long enough for me to see the engine room of this LNVT 37?

I asked because Chris had none on his yachtworld listing.

Actually, from a Trawler Expert, that is a pretty minimal and inconsistent listing on Yachtworld, in addition to the lack of pics of main salon, forward berth and engine room. No details on the engine, displacement listed twice as 20,900 and and 35,000 lb dry weight, no details on nav system.

First fix the listing and then fix your membership.

I'd like to keep TF from becoming a brokers listing page. I like the LN but I'm not willing to look at in as presented. There's too much commercialism on TF as it is. This borker is trying to take advantage of us.

I have seen the listing For this trawler on Yacht World and yes, it could use a lot more pictures (hint, hint). Also, it has a BMW D150 engine. Is anyone familiar with these engines and availability of parts?
