I chartered an NT42 out of Powell River, BC for the month of June. I know this is unusual, but I was not confident in the ground tackle on the boat so I supplied my own anchor. This was a brand new 65 lb. galvanized Mantus. The anchor performed like a champ. As Mantus says: “First Time, Every Time.” (Almost.)
The anchor did not fit into the trunk of our car for the return trip down south, so it is sitting there at Westview Marina in Powell River waiting to be purchased by someone.
The anchor cost USD$780 new. I will sell it — in perfect condition and with one month of use for USD$500. Pick up in Powell River is preferable, unless you have a shipping proposal and are willing to manage that on your end.
