Indonesian Cruising Permit

Does anyone have a link to the latest cruising permit requirements and costs for Indonesia?

I've been told that the once free YachtERS application has been a casualty of these Covid times to be replaced with a new permit that now costs many thousands of dollars. Despite being told this by several trustworthy sources, I can't find anything from a formal govt website.

Does anyone have links or concrete details?

And yes, last I heard as of a few months ago, still expensive to get in with rules changing regularly depending on Regency/location.
