I have worked on a similar carb for Yamaha. The jet #12 unscrews then #9 slides out. I believe #10 is the low speed jet hidden under cap #13. Don't forget to clean that thoroughly. Source of many headaches. The hole down the center is easily blocked by a flake of dust.
