Folks, I have a Honda 40 on my Caribe DL12 with a console using a "panel style" control system. It is flat and circular like a pancake and the tension screw goes in from stb to port at near the bottom of the device. This is the unit with the remote gear and throttle controls. The tension screw is missing. Honda says they don't sell it separately. Can someone with the same system please unscrew theirs and let me know what it looks like. Is it a standard screw or is it a special part? I believe it would be about 2.5 to 3" long and probably metric fine thread with a slotted head. See the picture with the Panel version on the right. I surely don't what to pay $300 plus labor for a screw. Hoping for some help here. Thanks in advance.
