Now that im on the hard,i will be replacing zincs. There is a hole in my rudder directly behind the prop that is about 2.5 inches. and a small hole at the top of the rudder about 3/8" that has a zinc in it. My question is, dose the large hole take a zinc or not, and if not what is the hole about? Thanks,BB

To pull the shaft out (through the rudder) with out removing the rudder, probably,

Bill: The large hole is so you can pull the shaft (after you have removed the propeller) with out having to remove the rudder.

But, when you put the prop back on be sure to use one size nut before you use the other size nut. ;-)

*Unless both your nuts are the same size!
