I've got a Perkins 4.236 driven 35kva genset that I will be selling soon. How do I find out the HP rating for any prospective buyer that wants to use it as a stationary motor? 65 to 80hp, but which one?

What would be a ball park value for an old but working well 35kva Perkins/Dunlite? No idea of hours (a lot) but the purchaser will be able to see the unit running and under load before it's removed.

Thanks

My 1997 Perkins manual has the 4.236 listed as vehicle 82 hp, industrial/agriculture 81 hp.

In propulsion dress the engine can turn up to around 2800rpm and make about 80hp. As a gennie engine it is stuck to either 1500 (50hz) or 1800 (60hz), so it makes substantially less hp. 35kVa is about 47hp.
