Oil Cooler Repair

I have a Volvo TAMD 63 coupled to a Twin Disc with a leaking reverse gear oil cooler. I noticed that the cooler main tube is made up of three separate tubes & the weld around the inner smaller tube is leaking oil. I have installed a aftermarket cooler but am not happy with how it mates up so I would like to get this OEM repaired and back on. Does anyone know of any shops that routinely service these coolers. I would look to have it welded, pressure test and cleaned up in general. Closest to CT would be best but I would consider shipping.

Thanks in advance.

Most places that are in a port and repair radiators also do heat exchangers. Some in New England I know of that do industrial and ship exchangers below. If they don't do your exchanger, they can probably recommend someone.
