Mack Boring diesel class?

I took it years ago and it was excellent. Everyone had an actual version of their own (Yanmar) engine to work on in a group not more than 3. I had my own since I was the only one with that model.

IMO it's well worth it, if you have a Yanmar.
 
Awesome. I have a Yanmar 6LP-STE.

The class seemed smaller so I was hoping it was like that.
 
I echo what George said. I took it a few years ago and learned that I have the skills to do most common repairs. They will pair you with the engine you have and will teach you how to maintain it - with hands on training. I had twin Yammer 370s and learned how to service both sides from different angles. The instructor (a retired navy Chief ((E7)) was terrific in providing 'secrets' as to how to maintain the engines.

I highly recommend this if you want to learn how to maintain and trouble shoot your Yanmars!
