Have been hearing a very slight on & off hissing noise coming from around the exhaust outlet, like water rushing up a blowhole, and realised I had a big hole in it. (see the link to pictures). I have looked all over the internet without success. I'm getting the feeling this is a custom outlet and not available off the shelf. Does anyone know if there is something available or whether it could be repaired. Appreciate any assistance.
