My stop solenoid stopped working and I went to shut engine off and pressed the cold start button and engine shut off. My problem is that now engine won't start and the button is engaged, could this be causing engine not to start? It was running fine until I did the manual shut down, any help will be appreciated.

Remove the solenoid arm from the fuel stop lever and pull/push the lever back into the run postion.
