If that's Greek to you and you have a Diesel engine born after 2000 and over 150 or so horses, or you "messed" with an older one to get more oomph out of it... Apparently the Guvernment is getting around to actually enforcing this. Way I read it my 1978 unmolested Detroits are expemt.
