Albin 40 cutless bearing housing.

Contrary to other's experiences, the housing came straight off rather than being threaded on the stern tube. Pried apart with a putty knife after removing the retaining nuts from the studs. Just FYI for others looking to do this job.

Looks like 2 pieces, the bearing holder slides off, the base might be screwed on.
